After having conducted hundreds of corporate workshops within Silicon Valley and all over the world, he sees the next step of taking the deep power and impact of these practices to dissolve the high levels of stress and short fuses at workplace.
Mitesh teaches meditation classes, executive mindfulness trainings and offers 1:1 Executive Life coaching.
